Solution Architect | Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Remote | Salary £85,000-£100,000 DOEWeDo Tech has been engaged by a growing Microsoft partner that is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across a range of SMB client projects.This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of solution architecture, requirements discovery, and delivery oversight, working closely with stakeholders to shape solutions that solve real business challenges.You’ll lead workshops, define technical designs, and guide delivery teams through the implementation lifecycle. This role is well suited to candidates that enjoys working on multiple engagements concurrently.The roleYou’ll act as the senior technical lead across client engagements, responsible for translating business requirements into scalable solutions while overseeing successful delivery.Key responsibilities include:
* Leading client workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering
* Designing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs
* Owning solution architecture and technical direction across projects
* Overseeing delivery teams through planning, build, testing and deployment
* Managing multiple client projects concurrently
* Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, delivery teams and leadership
* Supporting pre-sales activities and technical solution scoping
* Ensuring solutions follow Microsoft best practices and platform standards
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
* Track record of working in the SMB Market
* Proven track record delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions
* Experience leading client workshops and translating requirements into architecture
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a consultancy environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience guiding delivery teams without needing to be hands-on in the build
* Exposure to pre-sales, solution scoping, or technical design activities is beneficial
* Microsoft certifications or experience within a Microsoft partner environment would be advantageous
You’ll likely come from a Dynamics 365 consultancy or Microsoft partner background, with experience owning solution design and ensuring successful delivery across complex client engagements.
