About The Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our service operations. You’ll be the key link between our customers and our engineering team—coordinating reactive callouts, managing service schedules, and ensuring we deliver a prompt and professional experience every time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, clear communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and book reactive callouts, servicing, and maintenance visits.
* Be the primary point of contact for incoming service enquiries and updates.
* Manage engineers’ diaries to maximise efficiency across our service team.
* Provide timely updates to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and maintain accurate job documentation, ensuring all systems are up to date.
* Work closely with our operations and technical teams to deliver seamless service.


What We Are Looking For

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, or a customer support role—ideally within the fire and security or property services industry.
* Comfortable using job management systems and scheduling tools.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
* A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per year per year
