The role will involve engaging Retail colleagues on sales led documentation and driving the sales agenda in Retail with the Incentive Programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating engaging documents and videos explaining the how and why. Deadline for applications is Wednesday 16th July.
What will I do?
Support in driving Sales initiatives through planning, agreeing products and engaging communication that supports Retail to sell more
1. Administration of Sales initiatives

3. Reporting, created and updated
4. Communication
Administration & creation of Retail Newsletter & Videos
5. Ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated to Retail
6. Liaising with departments and colleagues in Deeside for content
7. Content to be engaging
8. Approval sought and signed off in with relevant stakeholders
Administration of the Reward & Recognition agenda for Retail
9. Planning, sending and communication of quarterly Doing it Right vouchers
10. Plan, film and edit of Director videos
11. Monthly Digital Operations R&R
12. Adhoc R&R – Facebook / Social Funds actioned
Innovation and Engaging Communication for Our Colleague
13. Seek opportunities to engage and create a fun atmosphere in Retail
14. Seek opportunities to continuously improve communication style
15. Monitor engagement through Vimeo and Facebook interaction
