The role will involve engaging Retail colleagues on sales led documentation and driving the sales agenda in Retail with the Incentive Programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating engaging documents and videos explaining the how and why. Deadline for applications is Thursday 30th April.
What will I do?
Support in driving Sales initiatives through planning, agreeing products and engaging communication that supports Retail to sell more.
1. Administration of Sales initiatives
2. Internal Platform content & creation such as Retail Newsletters, Videos, Posters
3. Reporting, created and updated
4. Communication to be engaging at all levels
Administration & creation of internal communication content
5. Ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated to Retail
6. Liaising with departments and colleagues in Deeside for content
7. Approval sought and signed off in with relevant stakeholders
8. Plan, film and edit video content for internal communication, including senior leadership and Directors messages
Administration of the Reward & Recognition agenda for Retail & Digital Operations
9. Planning & communication of Reward & Recognition via multiple platforms
10. Work confidently with stakeholders at all levels to shape messaging and presentation
11. Maintain accurate records of Reward & Recognition spend, including cost logging and budget tracking in line with agreed financial controls.
12. Monitor and track Reward & Recognition performance throughout the year, providing regular updates and end‑of‑year summaries to support evaluation and future planning.
