The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Candidate Sourcing : Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
Candidate Screening : Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
The Perfect Person for this Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from any discipline
Sales experience B2B, B2C, cold calling or tele sales
Extremely driven and motivated by money
Hard working, with evidence
Confident people person with good communication skills
A team player that will work with their colleagues well
