Institutional Relationship Management
* Strengthen and manage relationships with key partners (corporate, government, industry).
* Ensure regular engagement and follow-up with strategic stakeholders.
* Prepare briefings and reports for the CEO’s external meetings.
Corporate Development & New Business
* Identify and assess new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Conduct market research and draft business cases.
* Support the CEO in commercial negotiations.
Stakeholder Relations
* Act as liaison with the Board, investors, and key stakeholders.
* Prepare Board materials, investor updates, and reports.
* Ensure strategic alignment in all stakeholder communications.
CEO Public Profile Management
* Oversee public engagements, media, and industry events.
* Draft speeches, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
* Maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
Executive Operations & Calendar Management
* Manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities.
* Coordinate key meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
* Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
