The Role of the B2B Customer Service Advisor
They need an experienced and trained internal Customer Service Advisor to join a successful team, handling incoming sales & service enquiries and maximising all opportunities.
Location: Bromborough, CH62 3PL
Salary: £26,000 - £27,500
Responsibilities:
1. Providing first-class customer service to existing and potential clients, supporting the team in handling incoming enquiries and maximising the product range.
2. Online administration, logistics communication, and reporting.
3. Achieving key team KPIs and promotional activities.
Requirements:
1. Previous B2B customer service experience; highly organised, dynamic, self-motivated.
2. Excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
