A day in the life of…
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of your team. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
Based in the Hilton T5 you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in similar role. You will also have a experience working in large property with large volume of operations. You should also be abe to display the following people management, leadership skill, strong ability to drive KPI's performances, good communication skills.
