What You'll Do:
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer queries via live chat, telephone, and email channels.
* Deliver friendly and accurate assistance while ensuring all interactions meet regulatory standards.
* Maintain precise records of customer data and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address complex queries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Participate fully in on-site training during your initial four weeks to build confidence in systems and processes.
* Adhere strictly to shift patterns across five days per week, including weekends as part of a 40-hour schedule.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A positive attitude toward learning new systems or processes and enthusiasm for personal development.
* Strong attention to detail when recording data or following procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to resolve issues quickly.
