We're looking for a motivated and detail‑driven People Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring the smooth running of our People & Culture operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment as a generalist, values accuracy and structure, and is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences. You will provide hands-on administrative support across all areas of HR, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefits, wellbeing, learning and development, systems management, and policy maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to grow and develop within a progressive People & Culture function.

In this role, you'll:
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and data across our HR system, HiBob.
Draft and issue employee correspondence (contracts, letters, confirmations, changes).
Support the day-to-day administration of HR processes including probation, performance, sickness, and employee changes.
Provide timely and confidential administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate the full onboarding process for new starters, ensuring smooth, welcoming, and compliant experiences.
Prepare onboarding documentation and induction schedules.
Process leavers, including system updates, communication, equipment returns, and documentation.
Support recruitment activity including advertising roles, candidate communication, arranging interviews, and preparing interview packs.
Keep applicant tracking systems accurate and up to date.

Skills and Competencies:
Studying towards or achieved CIPD Level 3
Prior experience in a HR or People and Culture team (1 year) is desirable
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Ability to work to structured processes
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and follow through on actions
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture
Strong customer service mindset when supporting employees, candidates and stakeholders
Professional and strict adherence to confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information
Confident using MS Office
