Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead recruiting and development efforts, oversee job-related activities, and build relationships with stakeholders to meet staffing needs and support company growth. Responsibilities include supporting plans and initiatives, setting goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning. The role also involves supervising associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-related roles, successful completion of a criminal background check and firearms training may be required. Associates must attend and complete all required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership, both through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing, is preferred.
