What You'll Do:
* Classroom Management: Maintain order and a positive learning environment, ensuring students are engaged and behaving appropriately. Enforce school rules and address minor disruptions.
* Supporting Learning: Follow pre-prepared lesson plans, provide guidance and support to students, and monitor their progress.
* Administrative Tasks: Take attendance, collect and return work, and communicate with teachers as needed.
* Additional Responsibilities (potential): Form tutoring, administrative support for curriculum departments.

* Strong classroom management skills - create a positive and productive learning environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability - handle different subjects, teaching styles, and situations with ease.
