The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is dynamic, collaborative, and a self-starter. You will work closely with our operations and account management teams to ensure smooth business operations and maintain effective communication both internally within Teemo and externally with stakeholders. Role Overview This is a full-time office based role for an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator based in Peterborough. In this role, your overarching responsibility will be to manage and optimise online sales platforms such as Wayfair and Amazon, ensuring product listings are accurate, promotions are executed effectively, and sales performance is closely monitored to drive growth and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will provide operational support, such as product costings and handling office processes, including purchasing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing safety testing. Daily tasks will involve managing communications and administrative functions to ensure seamless office operations. Key Responsibilities · Maintain and update product listings on platforms such as Wayfair and Amazon with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. · Track key performance metrics, including sales, customer reviews, and return rates, to identify areas for improvement. · Coordinate promotional campaigns and monitor advertising spend for optimal return on investment. · Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and market trends to guide strategies. · Collaborate with operations, accounts, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service. · Assist with accurate and updated pricing information for products. · Conduct global market research to ensure our pricing remains competitive. · Work with suppliers in Vietnam and China to track, log, and ensure on-time delivery of product samples to clients. · Manage retailer portals to ensure timely resolution of tickets and queries. · Handle product onboarding, compiling accurate specifications and compositions. · Ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on schedule by our warehouse. · Oversee chargebacks and returns, analyse trends, and implement solutions to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction. · Provide aftercare assistance to retail clients, including timely responses and spare parts shipments. · Coordinate office processes such as cleaning contracts, safety checks, supply orders, and general maintenance tasks. · Monitor stock levels and customer orders using database software like Linnworks. · Upload compliance documentation to auditor portals, ensuring all supply chains remain compliant. · Maintain up-to-date logs of product and packaging specifications with the development team. · Upload packaging data to client portals periodically. · Compile weekly sales reports with detailed analysis. Skills and Qualifications · Previous experience in ecommerce or online marketplace management. · Strong mathematical aptitude. · Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Linnworks, Wayfair, or Amazon is advantageous. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Highly organised with effective time-management abilities. · Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends. · Fast learner, flexible, enthusiastic, and energetic. · A sociable personality with a collaborative spirit and a growth-oriented mindset. Salary range : £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
