Main Responsibilities to Include:
Manage senior executive's diary, meetings, and priorities.
Provide admin support: travel, expenses, correspondence, and file management.
Liaise confidently with external stakeholders.
Coordinate executive and board meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
Support board recruitment and organise events.
Handle enquiries, calls, and visitors professionally.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven senior management support experience.
Strong admin and secretarial skills.
Excellent communication and multitasking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital tools.
Detail-focused, discreet, and diplomatic.
