About This Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in maintaining a high level of productivity. Based within our Warehouse Department, you will report directly to the Shift Leader and be responsible for carrying out a range of daily warehouse tasks. You will ensure all duties are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with health and safety standards, while contributing to a well-organised and effective working environment. Hourly Rate = £15.04 per hour How You Will Contribute You will play a key role in keeping operations efficient, accurate, and safe. Accurately pick, assemble, and prepare orders for both internal and external customers using RF systems and paper-based processes Operate warehouse equipment including LLOP, Reach Truck, and Counterbalance (full training provided) Pack and secure orders to required standards, using manual wrapping or pallet-wrapping machinery Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to recycling and environmental policies Handle products with care to maintain quality and protect brand integrity Complete all required documentation accurately to meet audit and compliance standards Support a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, raising any service issues promptly Carry out additional reasonable duties as requested by the Shift Leader, Shift Planner, or Operations Manager What Will Make You Successful in This Role The successful candidate for this role will bring the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
