We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive to lead our brand and communications activities, supporting the delivery of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of key initiatives across communications, brand partnerships, content creation, CRM and grassroots activations, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life in fresh and meaningful ways.

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
Comms & CRM
* Own and deliver a Brand Communications Plan/Strategy for 2025, ensuring we put out one cohesive message across all of our channels.
* Write sharp, engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, events, and more.
* Work closely with the team to ensure all communication is on-brand, consistent, and impactful.
* Lead the creation of weekly newsletters, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
* Begin laying the groundwork for automation and CRM flows, with a view to scale these as app downloads reach critical mass.
* Develop new reporting and insights around CRM performance, including Daily Active.
* Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), open/click-through rates, and engagement across customer segments.
* Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with broader app engagement goals and customer journey milestones.
* Identify personalisation opportunities and test segmentation strategies to increase relevance and retention.
Social Media
* Develop and lead a considered social media strategy, grounded in performance insights, trend research, and platform best practices.
* Work with our Content Creator to produce high-performing, on-brand content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Oversee community management, ensuring timely, thoughtful engagement with our audience across all channels.
* Capture and brief content opportunities across the business — from the kitchen to events — ensuring our channels reflect the energy and personality of the brand.
Community Brand Management
* Support restaurant launches and campaigns with local marketing.
* Be visible and hands-on at events, pop-ups and activations.
* Find creative ways to grow awareness and footfall.
Campaign Support
* Contribute to wider brand and restaurant marketing campaigns.
* Help with shoots, new product launches and creative brainstorms.
Influencer Marketing
* Manage influencer outreach and campaign delivery.
* Build genuine relationships with creators aligned to our brand.
* Track results and optimise approach.
Who you are:
* 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally with a focus on social media, email marketing and content creation.
* A confident communicator, both written and on-camera — you are just as comfortable writing sharp, engaging copy as you are chatting to a customer on the street.
* A natural self-starter who loves coming up with creative ideas and making them happen.
* Passionate about food, brand building and community engagement, both online and offline.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and happy to roll up your sleeves — whether it’s planning a campaign or handing out flyers.
* Always curious, always looking for what’s next — from trending audio on TikTok to new ways to reach customers.
* Familiarity with CRM/email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar) is a plus.

Most recently, we’ve been busy disrupting Britain’s pizza-centric Italian takeaway market with a brand new fresh pasta takeaway concept, available on as well as major delivery players like Deliveroo, UberEats and JustEat. With more than 40 kitchens across the UK, we’re expanding coverage to new cities on an almost weekly basis (including our first openings in Scotland and Wales!). We've also opened the UK's biggest pastificio (which, in Italian, means pasta factory, but 'pastificio' better reflects the type of fresh, artisanal pasta we produce) in Acton, West London, allowing us to make ever more exciting and ambitious pasta and sauces for our customers.
