TipTopJob Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom provides an exciting new opening for an experienced Home Manager to lead a care home in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The home is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that prioritises the dignity, independence and happiness of residents.
To be considered for this position you must hold an active NMC Pin and have experience managing a care home.
As the Home Manager, your key responsibilities include:
 * Lead the clinical and non‑clinical teams to deliver outstanding person‑centred care
 * Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards
 * Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management of the home
 * Drive continual improvement in care quality, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency
 * Manage budgets and resources to maintain a cost‑effective, high‑quality service
Preferred qualifications and experience:
 * Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting
 * Strong background in elderly and dementia care
 * Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams
 * Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources, ensuring quality is not compromised
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (permanent, full‑time, 40 hours a week).
