Lead Designer, Layout
As a Lead Designer, Layout, in Advanced Converter Group, you hold a senior technical position working on our most complex layout challenges. You will develop innovative solutions requiring in-depth analysis and expertise, while serving as a key technical resource and leader for the organization. Your influence extends across organizational boundaries, impacting significant business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop solutions to complex problems requiring specialized expertise and in-depth analysis
* Act as a primary technical resource for less experienced engineers
* Lead teams and complex projects with substantial business impact
* Influence across organizational boundaries to drive technical excellence
* Lead complex IC layout projects and mentor junior engineers
* Make critical IC architecture design decisions that shape product development
* Perform advanced process evaluations and optimizations
* Develop layout methodologies and best practices that enhance team productivity and results
Must Have Skills
* Technical Leadership: Advanced technical expertise with recognized influence in the organization
* Expert-Level Design Skills: Expert-level proficiency in IC layout, architecture design, and process evaluation
* Project Leadership: Ability to lead complex technical projects from conception through completion
* Organizational Influence: Strong influence skills up/down/across organization to drive significant outcomes
* Process Innovation: Capability to develop and implement innovative layout methodologies that advance organizational capabilities
Preferred Education And Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of relevant experience
