6. Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control processes.
7. Collaborate with the retail team to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
8. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve optimal outcomes.
9. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
10. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Buyer should have:
11. Proven experience in procurement or buying, preferably within the retail industry.
12. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
13. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
14. Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
