You'll be based in Dartford and play a central role in securing new business across commercial and public sectors. What’s on offer £60,000–£65,000 basic salary Car allowance Performance-based bonus structure Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Room to progress in a growing team Friendly, supportive culture — no micromanaging here What you’ll be doing Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the hard FM sector Building strong relationships with clients — and keeping them Supporting the Bid & Tender team with well-prepped, competitive submissions Feeding back insights from the market and spotting emerging opportunities Managing and updating the sales pipeline through Pipedrive CRM Keeping leads warm with tailored, well-timed follow-ups Reporting on performance, pipeline health, and what’s around the corner What you’ll need At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in hard FM A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical or HVAC systems Confident using CRM tools like Pipedrive — or quick to pick it up A good sense of commercial awareness and how to use it Sound like your kind of move?
