Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager - Fashion Brand
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £45K-£55K depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver social media strategy across all brand channels, driving awareness, engagement, and sales.
* Plan, create, and publish highly creative content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
* Act as a creative lead for content ideation, brand campaigns, and launch activations.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners, stylists, influencers, and creators to produce best-in-class content.
* Build and nurture an engaged community, responding to customers and championing the brand's tone of voice.
* Analyse performance, report on key metrics, and optimise strategy based on data-driven insights.
* Contribute to wider marketing activities, including brand partnerships, collaborations, PR opportunities, and events.
* Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visuals, and storytelling across all channels.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience derliving social strategy and managing socials for a fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture brand.
* Highly creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
* Strong strategic skills and the ability to plan and execute integrated social media campaigns.
* Broader marketing experience, with an understanding of how social connects with PR, events, and partnerships.
* Confident working with creators and influencers to amplify reach.
* Proficiency in social tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Canva) and basic video or content editing would be adventageous.
* Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
