Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled SIA‑Licensed Security Officer in Belfast to provide a secure and safe environment for all staff and visitors on site. This will be achieved through applying thorough access control procedures, carrying out site inductions, planned and ad‑hoc site patrols and other duties as determined by the Assignment Instructions.
In the event of an emergency, follow prescribed escalation and communication procedures with Site Management, Corps colleagues and the emergency services.
You will work 20 hrs per week, Mondays to Friday evenings, 1730‑2130.

What You Will Need
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* A valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential.
* Confidence and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
* Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software packages (e.g. Excel).
* Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.
What Are You Going To Do
* Maintain overall surveillance of the site, carrying out regular patrols and recording them as per Corps and Customer requirements.
* Ensure all visitors and contractors to the site are correctly briefed, sign in and out.
* Record entry and exit of deliveries on site, processing paperwork in line with quality procedures.
* Carry out patrols to the correct standards.
* Set and unset primary and secondary alarm systems for out‑of‑hours security provision if applicable.
* Comply with site waste management procedures.
* Complete required documents, including daily occurrence logs, shift handovers, incident/accident records and any site‑specific reports.
* Familiarise yourself with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and other quality & safety documents; advise the Corps Duty Manager or client personnel on any changes or recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain personal training records via the Corps Colleague Portal, ensuring first aid and fire marshal training remain up to date as per legislative guidelines.
* Continuously apply SIA skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Display your SIA licence at all times.
* Perform ad‑hoc duties as directed.
