Paraplanner (Hybrid) Up to £45,000 Hertfordshire We’re currently working with a well-established Financial Planning / IFA firm based in Hertfordshire, who are looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a key role within a forward-thinking environment. The Role You’ll be supporting a team of Financial Advisers by: Producing detailed and compliant suitability reports Conducting investment research and analysis Creating financial plans tailored to client needs Maintaining client files and documentation Liaising with providers and assisting with administrative tasks Occasionally engaging in client-facing responsibilities This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is self-sufficient, confident in their technical abilities, and able to work independently without needing close supervision.
