The Opportunity
You'll join an established Legal recruitment team focused on placing Solicitors and Attorneys into leading law firms across the UK and United States.
You'll learn how to build a specialist market, develop long-term client relationships and manage high-value recruitment assignments.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
* Building relationships with Solicitors, Attorneys and law firm partners
* Developing new business opportunities across UK or US markets
* Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to placement
* Conducting market mapping and talent intelligence projects
* Advising clients on hiring strategy and market conditions
* Building a specialist reputation within your legal niche
* Growing and developing your own client portfolio
You'll likely possess:
