Build a Fintech product that actually helps people manage their money better.
It’s a startup project without the risk of the startup failing. You’ll take full control of the product roadmap, shaping it with your ideas and expertise.
And you’ll do all this while working remotely from anywhere in the UK.

What you’ll do
You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through to post-launch success. You’ll be responsible for defining and managing the delivery of the product and technical roadmap.
Balancing the roadmap with both functional and non-functional/technical initiatives, you’ll make prioritisation calls that shape the product’s future. Discovering underlying customer problems through user research, you’ll translate them into validated features for implementation. This will involve working with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support teams, you’ll ensure the product meets both business and user needs. Partnering closely with designers and business analysts, you’ll design solutions to customer pain points. Working with the Director of Product and other leaders, you’ll help define the long-term product strategy.
You'll run the go-to-market playbook as needed and continuously optimise ways of working in a growing and fast-paced scale-up.
What you’ll need
* Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products from 0-1 and moving metrics as a product manager or product owner.
* Experience working in an agile cross-functional team alongside engineering, design, data and marketing team members.
* Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and user research methodologies.
* Mobile app experience is crucial.
* B2B, SaaS and/or fintech experience is crucial.
