Maintenance Technician
Working hours for this position with be varied 12-hour shifts, between 3-4 per week, alternating between days and nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00). This averages out to 40 hours per week.
Main purpose of the job
A multi-skilled position working as part of the maintenance team responding to thehigh demands of the site in terms of general, routine and unplanned maintenanceof the plant, equipment and facilities. Rapid response and rectification of problemsis critical to ensure that targets are met.
Main missions and results
Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety procedures. Be proactive in the raising of potential H&S issues and the development of personal safety awareness.
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
Supporting production requirements working on a range of injection mouldingmachines of varied tonnages, for repairs and problem fault finding.
