CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Success Manager on a permanent full-time basis in Belfast. This role is solely based on-site, Monday to Friday with opportunity for flexible working hours.

The job:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Customer Success Manager will:
1. Have responsibility for building relationships with high-value corporate and business clients.
2. Proactively engage before and after customer orders while delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Deliver onboarding for new customers, manage existing relationships, and re-engage with lapsed clients with the aim of securing long-term business relationships.
The person:
4. 2 years’ experience minimum in retention, customer success and CRM roles with a preference in e-commerce.
5. Deliverable experience in building relationships with business and corporate clients.
6. Ability to work with a high volume of interactions ensuring speed and accuracy.
7. Team player with excellent communication skills; verbal and written and able to display empathy along with a personal touch.
8. Organised, can plan time effectively and work to multiple priorities and deadlines.
9. Knowledge of the Print Industry is a massive advantage.
