CRG is seeking an experienced Estimator on behalf of our client, a leading London-based specialist in high-end residential renovation. Renowned for delivering bespoke refurbishments, meticulous craftsmanship, and seamless project delivery, they bring clients’ visions to life with precision and flair across heritage townhouses, contemporary penthouses.
This is a new role created to support the company’s continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders for projects typically ranging from £1m to £5m.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in estimating, ideally within the high-end residential or refurbishment sector
* Proven experience preparing tenders for full construction projects of similar value
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tight deadlines
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
