Early Years Practitioners – Nursery & Wraparound Club Location: Market Harborough Contract: Full-time or Part-time ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking passionate and motivated Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a friendly and supportive childcare team. A Senior Practitioner role is also available for qualified Level 3 and above candidates. Opportunities are available in both the nursery and wraparound/holiday club. Hours: Full-time: 40 hours per week (Nursery) Part-time: Includes a full day on Monday and afternoons Tuesday–Friday (Wraparound/Holiday Club) Requirements: Level 2 or 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential) Good knowledge of the EYFS framework Previous nursery or childcare experience desirable Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 Support children’s development in line with EYFS standards Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times At ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd, we believe in quality, care, and connection.
