Sherborne, Dorset

Monday to Friday

8.00am - 4.00pm / 9.00am - 5.00pm

£13.45 per hour

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels. This role offers an opportunity to utilise strong communication skills, assist customers effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who are organised, proactive, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Duties

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems.

* Assist customers with their needs, providing information about products and services.

* Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.

* Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify common issues or areas for improvement.

* Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish, or other relevant languages.

* Follow organisational procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

* Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve service techniques and product knowledge.

Skills

* Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette.

* Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail.

* Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable; fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

* Bilingual candidates will have an advantage in serving diverse customer bases.

* Analytic skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.

* Ability to upsell products or services tactfully without compromising customer satisfaction.

* Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

* Good interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
