PRS Recruitment Solutions Ltd requires a full-time Contract Administrator to work at our client's very busy waste collections operation based in Esher. Days of work will be Monday to Friday, start/finish times may vary so the right candidate would need to be flexible. This is a long term, ongoing contract.
The Role:
To accurately follow all company processes and procedures.
To liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner via telephone, email, or face to face. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with your colleagues. Inputting data into in house systems and databases as well as retrieving information for monitoring and reporting.
Any other duties associated with the role and directed by the client.
The Package:
£14.28ph
Weekly Pay 28 Days Holiday including bank holidays Onsite parking
Requirements:
Previous Administration and customer service skills Possess excellent communication Skills Be numerate and literate Have excellent PC Skills Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team
