You will be fully supported in your role and will have access to relevant courses to broaden your skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for customers

- Assist customers in navigating and utilizing various accounting software systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.

- Guide customers through data entry processes and ensure accurate input of financial information

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using various accounting software systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain technical concepts

- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
