What You’ll Do:
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who have additional or complex learning needs.
* Use targeted strategies to boost confidence, independence, and life skills.
* Reinforce literacy, numeracy, and communication in meaningful, practical contexts.
* Create a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued.
* Encourage teamwork and social skills through structured, engaging activities.

Requirements:
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
* Full-time availability (Monday to Friday preferred).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
