This is a hands-on HR Advisor role in a fast-moving manufacturing business — the kind of place where things happen quickly and people speak their minds, you’ll need to be confident enough to deal with it. You’ll be supporting managers across operations with everything from employee relations and absence management to onboarding, engagement, and general HR guidance. It’s a busy, practical role where you’ll spend as much time on the shop floor as you do at your desk.
