Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Roxburgh House, Rosebery Business Park, Poringland, Norwich, Norfolk, NR14 7XP
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role.

About You:
As our Learning and Development Manager you will be designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of JMR staff across the JMR Healthcare Group. You will act as a role model across the organisation and promote a culture aligned with our values; Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, and Courage.
With experience in designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff. You will be confident in creating customised training materials, presentations and user guides tailored to various roles and teams. To succeed in the role, you will need to have strong organisational and training programme management capability, and be passionate about delivering safe, person-centred services and committed to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
To apply for our Learning and Development Manager, you will need to be able to:
* Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive and engaging training programs for new and existing staff.
* Create customised training materials, presentations, and user guides tailored to various roles and teams.
* Monitor e-learning courses and source or develop other digital training resources to ensure a blended learning approach that is effective and accessible.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Department Heads to identify skills gaps and training needs across the organisation including the management of the organisation’s competency framework and responsibility for the organisation’s training needs analysis.
* Conduct regular assessments to ensure training initiatives address both current and future needs.
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all staff have access to required training.
* Ensuring all staff have a comprehensive induction and collaborating with Department Heads so all staff have a successful and tailored induction to their role.
