About The Role
Bank 0hrs contract with day and night shifts available. This casual, part‑time role offers flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living activities, provide support and companionship, and share memorable moments. The work is varied and rewarding, ranging from supporting residents with food and drink and following care plans to ensuring one‑to‑one time with residents.
About You
To join us you need experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy and a warm‑hearted approach. You should have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
