THE ROLE
1. Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
2. Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with brand values
3. Manage community engagement – respond to queries, comments, and feedback, ensuring tone of voice is consistent
4. Drive outreach and build relationships with online audiences
5. Expand presence on TikTok, including setting up and running TikTok Shop
6. Collaborate with the wider marketing team and in-store colleagues to capture authentic, creative content
7. Analyse performance metrics, share insights, and make recommendations for optimisation
ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for:
8. Proven experience managing social media for a brand
9. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
10. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
11. Confident using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
12. Creative, proactive, and comfortable planning as well as executing content
13. Experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop setup is desirable.
14. Passionate about organic living, sustainability, and wellness.
15. Highly organised with great attention to detail
