What We Offer: Competitive Salary - Up to £36,630 per annum 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) About the Role: As a static M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites. Responsibilities include: Electrical PPMs Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance Fault finding and general repairs Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems. Essential Requirements: 18th Edition qualification Valid UK driving licence Proven experience in a similar M&E role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of health & safety protocols Desirable Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation F-Gas Certification IOSH Working Safely qualification Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience Additional Information: 40-hour working week (Monday-Friday) Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota Why join Arcus: We're an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
