We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MOT Technician to join our client's busy automotive service centre in Salisbury.

Benefits:
* Starting salary between £33,000 and £34,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
* Monthly performance-related bonuses
* 42.5-hour working week over five days, Monday to Friday, with an alternating Saturday rota (1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm)

Duties of a MOT Technician:
* Carrying out MOT tests on customer vehicles in accordance with Ministry standards
* Diagnosing faults and performing repairs and servicing as required
* Providing support to the workshop team with various technical and customer-related tasks
* Occasionally assisting at the front reception with customer enquiries
* Producing high-quality workmanship within set timeframes of a MOT Technician
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and workshop procedures
Requirements:
* Valid and active MOT licence
* Proven experience as an MOT Technician
* UK driving licence with minimal points
* Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
* Ability to deliver precise, high-quality work under time constraints
* Friendly and approachable manner, with good communication skills
* Team-oriented attitude and commitment to workshop efficiency
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to customer service excellence
