We are looking for a nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing nursing homes, maintaining compliance, and leading teams to deliver outstanding standards of care. You'll understand the importance of balancing the operational, commercial, and clinical aspects of running a successful service while ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision.
