Venn Group has been approached by a private company seeking a Business & Development Manager on a Permanent basis. The role involves leading marketing strategies, managing client relations, and securing new opportunities. The ideal candidate must have previous experience and a presence in the Utilities sector. This position requires travel and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing business strategies
2. Identify potential market growth opportunities
3. Increase brand awareness
4. Maintain and develop new client relationships
5. Bid formation and submissions
6. Deliver regular progress reports to directors
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in the utility/grid support sector
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Proven track record in winning contracts within the sector
* Experience in contract procurement
* Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in the NERS / IDNO sector (ideal)
* Experience in the ROI market (ideal)
* Knowledge of UK/ROI government and private investment strategies
