The role:

* Shape processes, strategy, and client engagement to maximise results
* Act as a key figure in the business, balancing hands-on recruitment with leadership responsibilities

* A strong track record in contract recruitment leadership
* Experience managing and developing recruiters in a billing environment
* Commercial acumen and the ability to drive growth in competitive markets
* Confidence, resilience, and the ability to set clear direction
