Role – National Account Executive (FMCG – Premium Retailers) Location – Hybrid role (ideally local to West Midlands up to North West for a couple days in office per week) Salary - £35-£40k (potential to flex) Car Allowance Bonus, 25 Days holiday, Pension Why just work with one super cool brand when you can work with 100’s? This is a new role within a distributor, wholesaler and brand owner that have doubled in size in the last 12 months alone and are showing no signs of slowing down. You’ll be representing some of the very best challenger brands on the planet across Functional Drinks, Natural Food, Ethical Personal Care and Clean Supplements, managing relationships with premium retailers like Whole Foods, Planet Organic and a whole host of strategically important customers. So far so good? This is a seriously rapid growth start up. A chance to build something from the ground up. Loads of fun, but not without its challenges… Thriving on the variety the role provides, you’ll need to be able to jump from brand to brand showing passion for each and every one, displaying your natural communication skills in front of buyers and turning product features into engaging, benefit led content. As the business continues on it’s sky high trajectory, so can your career. With an experienced commercial leadership team in place, you’ll quickly build your account management and business development competencies, gaining exposure to larger lucrative accounts including many of the major Grocery Mults. With a base salary of circa £35-40k (potential to flex somewhat for the perfect fit), car allowance and bonus on offer, we’d like applicants to have at least 12 months experience of FMCG sales, a proactive mindset and a high degree of competency in the usual office tools (Good ol’ Excel etc). This is a hybrid role, with a need to be present 2-3 days a week with the senior team, therefore applicants based local to West Midlands up to the North West will be best suited. The process?
