Overview
The role is based at Muriel Matters House in Hastings, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid way. You will join Southern Housing as a Team Assistant to provide vital administrative and coordination support that keeps our department running smoothly and efficiently.
As a Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing communications, coordinating meetings, maintaining systems, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. You will manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work with contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
What you’ll do

Experience and qualifications
* Experience in Administration or Secretarial areas; knowledge of functional area(s) or related professional field, where judgment is applied to policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Computer skills sufficient to operate online systems and complex software or develop formulas for moderately sophisticated spreadsheets.
* Ability to use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Ability to prioritise workload with a high level of attention to detail.
