Job Description
As a Junior Finance & Data Analyst, you will support the firm’s financial operations by handling numerical data, maintaining accurate records, analyzing financial information, and contributing to reporting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a maths graduate with strong analytical skills who is interested in developing a career in finance and wealth management. Over time, the role will grow into a more specialist position with deeper involvement in financial planning and investment analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesData & Financial Record-Keeping
* Compile and maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets and databases.
* Ensure data integrity for investment figures, client accounts, and performance tracking.
* Support preparation of internal financial summaries and client reports.
Analysis & Reporting
* Assist in analysing quantitative financial and investment data.
* Prepare basic reports and visualisations to support financial planning and portfolio reviews.
* Identify trends, anomalies, and insights from data to support senior team decisions.
Operational Support
* Collaborate with advisers to gather and verify financial documentation.
* Support audit, compliance and operational workflows.
* Assist in preparing client documentation with clarity and accuracy.
Growth & Development
* Learn core financial planning tools, systems and terminology.
* Participate in ongoing training in investment principles, pensions and wealth management.
* Progress toward specialised analytical responsibilities, including risk modelling and investment performance measurement.

* Mathematics or related degree (e.g., statistics, economics, actuarial science).
* Strong numeracy and data interpretation skills.
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry and basic analytics.

Desirable Skills
* Experience with Excel functions, data modelling, or formula-driven analysis.
