We are currently Recruiting Temporary Support Workers for our clients in Wiltshire! This is a Temporary Role on an ad hoc basis, you will be covering sickness and holidays.
The Role!
For this particular client you will be working across a variety of supported living services across Wiltshire.
You will be supporting individuals with varying needs from individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, to individuals who display behaviours that may challenge.
For this particular client, you will be supporting individuals in their own flats, these service users do not have 24hour support as they are very independant. But may need support with batch cooking and cleaning or attending appointments, going to club and other social activities.
You will be visiting a few different individuals for these shifts, so will need to be able to drive, as the shifts may be split across services in Trowbridge, Melksham and Chippenham.
You will support each service user in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care and support plans to enable you to give the very best support and enable each individual to lead the most fulfilling lives.
