Description
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to support a dynamic claims handling team? In this role, you’ll play a key part in assisting our Pre-Lit Casualty claims teams with a variety of essential tasks. From monitoring the MOJ Portal and managing inboxes to maintaining accurate data and onboarding new projects, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
You’ll also take ownership of CRU tasks, complete new claim actions, and proactively chase updates via phone and email. This position offers the opportunity to manage a caseload of low-value property damage claims while maintaining compliance with client SLAs and delivering high-quality standards.
