About the role
We seek a skilled Insurance Pricing professional to represent the Pricing function in NFU Mutual’s major transformational project. You will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our pricing capabilities, ensuring seamless integration within the project scope. As a key figure in pricing strategy and execution within an agile environment, you will serve as the main contact for technical queries and decisions related to pricing.
As a senior member of the agile squad, you will provide input on requirements, working closely with the Workstream Lead, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to ensure smooth squad operations. You will also handle planning, reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders, while maintaining the overall programme plan for timely delivery.
This role involves acting as an ambassador for the Pricing function, building relationships with stakeholders across NFU Mutual, including Underwriting, Claims, and IT. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pricing expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and aims to make a significant impact on a high-profile transformation.
About you
We are looking for a pricing professional with substantial experience in general insurance pricing. You should have expertise in all Pricing disciplines and experience with Radar, Guidewire, and SQL.
You should have a proven track record in implementing pricing strategies, with the ability to mentor junior team members and review work for accuracy and quality.
Experience working in an agile environment and a good understanding of agile processes are preferred.
