Overview
Our client is a leading master developer operating across London and the Anglia area. We are working with their Commercial Director to onboard an experienced Senior Surveyor that can offer strong exposure to strategic cost planning, procurement as well as delivery management. Attention to detail and being process driven is requisite.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic cost planning insight and procurement support as part of project delivery.
* Support delivery management activities to ensure timeliness and quality of project outcomes.
* Apply attention to detail and process-driven approaches to work.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Surveyor or similar role within development or construction sectors.
* Strong exposure to cost planning, procurement, and delivery management.
* Ability to work with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality as required.
