Head of Food, Beverage & Hospitality - Exciting New London Opening
Up to £70k plus benefits and excellent pension
London
Something extraordinary is taking shape in the heart of the City.
At a landmark heritage site undergoing one of the most ambitious cultural transformations London has seen in a generation, a bold new destination is emerging - where food, music, culture, learning and entertainment will combine in genuinely new and exciting ways.
Food and drink will sit at the very center of the vision. This is not a conventional hospitality model - it's a ground-breaking, identity-led programme spanning multi-outlet dining and F&B retail, high-profile collaborations and a world-class events and venue offering.
This is a rare opportunity to be a key part of shaping something that has never existed before in London.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, delivery-critical leadership role, best described as a 'curator of dwell'!
Reporting to the Director of Experience, the Head of Food, Beverage & Hospitality will lead the mobilisation and opening phases in late 2026, and successfully establish long-term performance of a complex, multi-stream hospitality operation. Working through a curated partnership model with a lead catering operator and independent collaborators, you will act as the day to day client and internal authority on the long-term vision for the hospitality programme.
You will take ownership of fit-out completion, partner onboarding, operational readiness and early trading stabilisation before leading the programme into ongoing steady-state.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and protect standards across food, drink, service style, pricing and operational rhythm
* Lead partner governance, holding operators to account on quality, tone and performance
* Oversee mobilisation, fit-out input and opening readiness
* Integrate hospitality seamlessly into the wider visitor journey
* Own the F&B strategy for venue hire and high-impact events
* Embed food and drink into the wider creative and cultural programme
* Drive commercial performance through robust insight and data-led decision making
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an experienced, culturally-current hospitality leader with:
* Proven mobilisation and multi-outlet opening experience
* Strong commercial and P&L ownership capability
* Credibility across restaurants, cafés, bars and large-scale events/venues management
* Venue sales experience, ideally managing sales teams and annual budgets in excess of £4m
* Confidence managing complex stakeholders and partner models
* A genuine connection to and understanding of London’s food and cultural scene
* Personally, you will be calm, collaborative and quietly confident — a big-picture thinker with strong delivery discipline and high emotional intelligence.
This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to shape a landmark London destination from day one.
