Process Engineer - Trim & Final

5 days/week from client location
Role and Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers as part of the Trim and Final area providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
2. Develop & implement department strategy for power tooling, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
3. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for Trim and Final operations, ensuring quality standards, cost targets, and delivery schedules are met.
4. Working Knowledge about PFC, PFMEA, Control Plan and Check sheet along with SOP’s preparations.
5. Working knowledge about EBOM and MBOM.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality to optimize product design for manufacturability and resolve any manufacturing issues.
7. Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses & capacity planning to support new product introductions & process improvements.
8. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
9. Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards, identifying & mitigating potential risks in the manufacturing process.
